1. Pritika Enterprises intellectual property
The Pritikart name, logos, software, interface, templates, documentation and original Platform content are owned by or licensed to Pritika Enterprises unless otherwise stated.
2. User materials
You retain rights in files, logos, trademarks and business materials that you upload, subject to the rights of their respective owners. You grant only the permissions reasonably required to process those materials and provide the requested service.
3. Third-party rights
You must not upload or distribute materials that infringe copyright, trademark, confidentiality, privacy or other rights. If you believe material on the Platform infringes your rights, contact support@pritikaenterprises.com with sufficient information to identify the work and alleged infringement.
